Homecoming 2011 featured a wide range of activities and opportunities for good friends to get together, including:

• a memorial tree-planting ceremony in honor of Dean Emeritus of the College James W. Carignan ’61

• mini-reunions, including the men’s lacrosse program’s “Legends Game”

• celebrations, including 50 years of men’s varsity soccer and ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ study abroad

• a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Listening Tour visit to campus to hear multicultural and allies’ voices

• multiple honors to ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ people, culminating with the Alumni Celebration Reception and Dinner that honored Alan L. Marden ’63 with the Community Service Award and Larry Handerhan ’05 with the Distinguished Young Alumni Award

• football vs. Amherst, the day’s centerpiece
