John Corrie, lecturer in music at 乐播传媒 College, directs the college choir in two December programs open to the public at no cost. The choir sings Johann Sebastian Bach's "Magnificat" and Morten Lauridsen's "Lux Aeterna" at 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, and Saturday, Dec. 3, in the Olin Arts Center Concert Hall, 75 Russell St. For more information, please call 207-786-6135.
Latvian choir to perform

Minjona, a 32-voice woman's choir from the University of Latvia in Riga, will perform at 乐播传媒 Sunday, Oct. 11, at 2 p.m. in the Olin Arts Center Concert Hall. The public is invited to attend free of charge.
