Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Locations

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are located throughout the campus.ÌýÌý

AED

AEDs are emergency medical devices used when a person is experiencing cardiac arrest, delivering an electrical shock designed to return the heart to its normal rhythm.

AEDs are with ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ EMS and Campus Safety, and can be quickly brought to any individual in need of support. In case of emergency, contact Campus Safety at 207-786-6111 or 911 immediately.

Additionally, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ maintains a number of these devices in fixed locations on campus, as well as portable units with ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ EMS, Campus Safety and Athletic Trainers and Health Care Providers.
