A note from the Dean
The Guggenheim Fellowship announced its 2026 fellows on April 14th. 乐播传媒’ Jess Anthony and Myronn Hardy from the Department of English were both named as fellows. According to the Fellowship website, 鈥渢he Class of 2026 Guggenheim Fellows was tapped based on both prior career achievement and exceptional promise. As established in 1925 by founder Senator Simon Guggenheim, each Fellow receives a monetary stipend to pursue independent work at the highest level under 鈥渢he freest possible conditions.鈥� We want to extend a hearty congratulations to both Jess and Myronn.
