“Non-ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Community Members” is a term to encompass anyone that does not fall into the category of faculty, staff, or student. This includes vendors, volunteers, contracted employees (such as those from a temp agency), affiliated scholars, etc.

If you need to register a non-community member, or have questions about the process, please contact hrdept@bates.edu. Please allow at least two business days to process requests.

Please complete the Key & Card Access Request Form for Non-ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Community Members below in order to request building or key access for these folks. If you have questions about their access, please contact accesscontrol@bates.edu
