Note: Above Water | All Images Will Disappear is many things: Fragmented poetic sensibilities, forms emerging in a tension between grief and hope, and a practice in epetition and responsive choreography that invites shifting. Gestures repeat and rearrange themselves, slowly revealing a meditation on loss and renewal. In the creative process for this work, the dancers and the choreographer generated movement material collaboratively, shaping the work through shared exploration and embodied dialogue.
