After you have completed the <\/span>ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Work Authorization<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(BWA) process and your employee record has been created, you will have access to your electronic BWA card on\u00a0<\/span>Garnet Gateway<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>Students must have their BWA before starting to work in an on-campus position.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students must <\/span><\/strong>send their supervisor verification<\/span><\/strong><\/a> of their ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Work Authorization<\/span><\/strong>. They can do this through <\/span>Garnet Gateway<\/span><\/a> by clicking on the Employees tab. In the Student Employee section, you will see your ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Work Authorization. Please remember that you must send your authorization to the supervisor for each job you begin.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students eligible for Federal Work-Study or ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Work-Study will have “WS” in the bottom right corner of the card.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
