ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Reunion Weekend is a signature campus event. Over 1,000 alumni and friends from 14 reunion classes return to campus to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate their ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ experience. Reunion Weekend takes place June 12-14, 2026, and ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Stars are required to be on campus from June 9-14.
Reunion ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Stars’ primary responsibilities are to: (1) interact with alumni and serve as positive ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ ambassadors; (2) collaborate with a team of 30 ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Stars under the supervision of 4 student coordinators; and (3) help college staff execute a smooth and memorable weekend.
Role and Responsibilities
Successful ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Stars will:
Serve as a knowledgeable resource and college ambassador to alumni and to their families;
Demonstrate strong customer service skills and an eagerness to assist alumni;
Exhibit a professional, helpful and flexible attitude;
Act as a representative of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ and the Office of College Advancement;
Assist in the preparation, set-up, and running of class and college-sponsored programming;
Transport alumni across campus via golf cart.
Logistical notes:
The minimum time requirement is June 9-June 14, 2026.
Food and accommodations are provided to all ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Stars during their time on campus.
Driver’s license preferred
Current ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Student
ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Stars will work across campus and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Reports to: Jem Bullock, Assistant Director of Annual Giving & Reunion.
Coordinates with: ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Star Student Coordinators, Advancement Staff, and Alumni.
Environment: Lane Hall until Reunion Weekend
Travel Requirements: Walk across campus as requested and carry supplies.
