The Ronj Stock Specialist serves as the primary team member tasked with procuring ingredients and other necessary supplies for the Ronj. As part of this job, they work closely with Ronj Managers and Assistant Managers to identify and assess sales trends to forecast stocking needs. They also act as a liaison for the Ronj to the campus community, helping make its presence known and generally promoting it to their peers.

SA: Ronj Assistant Manager

The Ronj Assistant Managers assist in the daily operations of the Ronj and are hired, trained, and supervised by the Ronj Managers. In addition to helping the Ronj Managers oversee the Ronj space and staff, they also serve and assist with maintenance/ clean-up of the space. Please note this position is open to all students, but preference will be given to those who have experience as Servers or Stock Specialists.

SA: Ronj Server

About this Position:
The Ronj Servers prepare and serve beverages, pre-packaged snacks, and locally sourced baked goods at the Ronj. They work closely with other Ronj staff and customers to maintain the Ronj coffeehouse and may assist with Ronj events. They assist with the daily maintenance and operations of the Ronj. They also act as a liaison for the Ronj to the campus community, helping make its presence known and generally promoting it to their peers.

SA: Ronj Manager

Ronj Managers work collaboratively to oversee all of the daily Ronj operations. Managers oversee Assistant Managers, Servers, and Stock Specialists (generally a staff of around 20 students). Managers are responsible for Accounting, Inventory Management, Event Programming/Publicity, Sanitation Operations, and Staff Development. Managers collectively supervise the Ronj staff, coordinate training, set up Ronj hours and shift schedules, and oversee all maintenance and management of the Ronj. Ronj Managers are supervised by the Office of Campus Life. Please note this position is only open to individuals who have experience as Ronj Assistant Managers, Servers, or Stock Specialists.
