(Campus Outreach for Real Eating) is a student-led initiative dedicated to bridging the gap between academic nutrition and the daily student experience. At the “core” of our mission is educating the student body on making what’s available in commons work for their own wellbeing, whether that be preparation for training, recovery, an all night study session or simply eating better. As a C.O.R.E.WellnessCoordinator, you will lead the “Real Eating” initiative on campus. Your primary focus is to develop and execute educational projects in the Commons building that encourage students to eat more mindfully and holistically, moving away from processed foods habits toward whole-food awareness. This group will also help bring awareness to being eco-friendly and “waste” aware.
