The Assistant must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to be discreet, be able to work under pressure, prioritize, and be able to handle peer pressure. They must also be knowledgeable about the campus and the departments being served. The Assistant helps with all aspects of everyday office functions. This may include answering phones, copying, scanning, etc. The Assistant may provide coverage for supervisor.
