With less than a week to go to Commencement, we hope the information below will be helpful to you whether you are attending in person or watching the livestream:

• If you are a ticketed guest, please double-check the timeline for each ceremony and our guest health and vaccination/testing guidelines. This will help you avoid any confusion around seating times and health protocols before you arrive.
• Baccalaureate will be livestreamed this Sunday, May 23 at 11am Eastern. We encourage family, friends, and loved ones to register for this special 乐播传媒 tradition.
• There are no additional tickets available for Commencement, and because of the logistics involved in hosting two ceremonies, we ask that only ticketed guests visit campus on May 27.

We have several updates for you today:

• Seniors have just been informed that guest ticketing for Commencement will open on Monday, May 3 and close on May 14. A reminder that your senior must initiate the guest ticketing process; families cannot sign up for their own guest tickets.听
• Anyone coming to campus as a ticketed Commencement guest or to help a student move out must observe campus health guidelines as well as the college鈥檚 guest testing and vaccination policy.听
• The Commencement site continues to be updated, so we encourage you to check it often. You鈥檒l find information on the livestream, on celebrating your senior with lawn signs or on social media, and more.

We will host a Class of 2021 Family Briefing via Zoom webinar on Tuesday, May 11 at 8pm Eastern. Registration information has been emailed to you directly.

The times for the two Commencement ceremonies have now been set. Please refer to this update for complete details. You may want to share the time of your senior鈥檚 ceremony with family and friends so they know when to tune into the livestream.

Additionally, we share the following:

• Commencement will take place outside, rain or shine. If you will be using one of your student鈥檚 two guest tickets to attend in person, you may want to start thinking now about what you鈥檇 like to have with you, such as a rain jacket, umbrella, water bottle, sunscreen, extra masks, and the like.
• Ticketing for Commencement has not yet opened. When released, that information will be emailed to seniors and their families and will be listed on the Commencement FAQ.
• Want to share your pride in your 乐播传媒 senior? Download our yard signs and order them through your local printer or copy shop!

We are delighted that 乐播传媒 continues to plan for an in-person celebration of our seniors on Thursday, May 27. Here are the updates we have for you today:

• Please remind your senior to order their cap and gown by April 5 using a link provided to them earlier this month. There is no charge to seniors for the cap and gown.
• Ticketing for Commencement has not yet opened. When a specific date and process for guest ticketing is announced, that information will be emailed to seniors and their families and will be listed on the Commencement FAQ.
• Want to share your pride in your 乐播传媒 senior? Visit the , enter 鈥溊植ゴ� College鈥� in the search bar, and select a 鈥減roud of my 乐播传媒 grad鈥� frame.
