Anyone has always been able to apply and be considered for admission, based on their qualifications and strength of their application materials. That will hold true now as well, the only difference is that all people who are interested in applying can do so without paying for the opportunity to be considered by our Admission team. ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ isn’t changing its standards for admission.

The change is effective immediately, but not retroactively.

This does not make sense to me and would appreciate learning more about the rationale. I am all for waiving the fee out of need, but not sure how this new process helps ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ get the best students.
