UCLA purchased a Trust Bank building in downtown LA and transformed it into campus space.

Now ÀÖ²¥´«Ă½, famous for doing more with less, has bought a convent and turned it into a dorm.

It’s a good move for land-locked ÀÖ²¥´«Ă½ to increase its footprint and add more space. Too bad the 70s era building is not more architecturally interesting—or idiosyncratic.
