I will turn 65 next month and I am denying part “b” because I already have VA.
Yesterday they started taking $ 200 out of my $ 900 a month for part “b” (leaving me with $ 700 ) even though I am legitimatly opting out.
I looked up online and they are doing this to many people. Many who are filing appeals and have been on hold fo mearly a year while the social security continues to reduce their ss paymemts.
In essemce this is a loan they are physivally taking from the elderly without asking them or paying back with interest.
The only conclusion one can come to is that since they dont stop their unauthorised withdrawls for months on end, Is that they are already broke and robbing from Peter to pay Paul.
