Mark H. C. Bessire took the helm at the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ College Museum of Art in June, after five years directing the Institute of Contemporary Art, Maine College of Art. There Bessire’s exhibitions included the award-winning eRacism,<\/em> a retrospective he helped organize of work by visual\/performance artist and ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ lecturer William Pope.L. Bessire succeeds Genetta McLean.<\/p>\n
