I first connected with Rosati through ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ professor Yun Garrison\u2019s psychology course in community-based research. Alongside Luke Singer \u201926 and Lindsey Aten \u201926, I was tasked with researching how the program influences students’ social-emotional learning. As part of our research, we attended weekly Rosati practices at Conner\u2019s Elementary School. What immediately stood out to me was the other group of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ students who showed up independently to volunteer, connect, and have fun with the kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first glance, Rosati is a high energy after-school soccer program. However, through our research we learned that in this program, the soccer ball is actually a tool for holistic development.
