{"id":8,"date":"2025-07-29T13:47:09","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T17:47:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/student-support\/?page_id=8"},"modified":"2026-01-18T17:36:30","modified_gmt":"2026-01-18T22:36:30","slug":"batesreach-progress-surveys","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/accessible-education-student-support\/ss\/bates-reach\/batesreach-progress-surveys\/","title":{"rendered":"ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Reach Progress Surveys"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Progress Survey<\/strong> allows an instructor to send alerts related to four different aspects of academic performance and one personal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attendance\/Participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Danger of Failing\/Low Class Average<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Low Quiz\/Test Scores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal\/Non-academic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student Unresponsive &#8211; SSA Outreach Needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each aspect identified as a concern will generate a Flag being raised and a notification being sent to the student with the exception of the &#8220;Student Unresponsive &#8211; SSA Outreach Needed&#8221; flag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Progress Survey will involve just checking a box next to the student\u2019s name and adding comments regarding the concern. You will receive an email through ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½Reach when it is time for these surveys to be administered. The surveys are there to ensure that concerns are expediently reported for all at-risk students.
